◾ AULA VIRTUAL 4 OFFLINE ◾ USER GUIDE ◾ SANTILLANA ◾ 5 My books Whenever you start a session on AV4 Offline you’ll be taken directly to your library, which will display the digital books that have been assigned to your account. In order to view and work with the books with no internet connection, you’ll need to download them first. The library will display inactive books, the ones that have not been downloaded, with the covers shown in black and white. Once they are downloaded, the books acquire active status, with the covers shown in colour. Downloading a book Use the Download options icon, which you’ll find below the cover of inactive books in your library, to download the books concerned. There are two types of download available: • Download light version: this is a version of the book that is readable but does not contain any of the associated resources or activities. This version takes up less space on your device and you’ll always have the chance to download the resources later, when you need them. • Download book with resources: this is the full version of the book and includes all the resources and activities.
