A local goverment in Spain buys a natural area to protect its environmental value The area , known as Hoya Moros, is located in the municipality of Candelario, Salamanca , near Extremadura to the south and the province of Ávila to the east. It is situated in a natural location of great scenic and environmental value. It has two plots, one of 217 hectares and the other of 332 hectares. Due to the environmental importance of the area , the local goverment has decided to buy the property for use as public land . They aim to ensure the conser vation of these important environmental sites. The traditional use of the land will be maintained and public access will be regulated . Enjoyment of this location needs to be compatible with the conser vation of its natural and geomorphological values.[...] The Recover y, Transformation and Resilience Plan , designed by the Spanish government, includes ten policies.
